34 Strong offers team training and coaching services to all CDPH managers and supervisors that can include one or more of the following options:

Communication, collaboration, and community building sessions.
CliftonStrengths assessment taking and debriefing.
Individual and/or group coaching on key improvement areas

34 Strong can also create a customized service plan that addresses specific challenges or opportunities your team is encountering right now.
