Program Description

In today’s world, leadership requires a more complex set of skills and values than at any time in the past. Self-reflection, the needs of teams, and communicating with vision, trust, humility, and respect have become more critical elements of effective leadership. This leadership program provides leaders with a framework to enhance and grow established practices of leadership that others want to model. Building from the CDPH Emerging Leaders Academy, the Leaders Academy is recommended for those who wish to take the next step in their leadership journey.

This program will be launching in 2022, details and timing TBD.

Time Commitment

The Academy is 12 sessions long. Session length is still being finalized, and will not exceed 75 minutes/session.
