I am a coach who will enhance family communication and connection. I passionately believe that coaching is the key that unlocks hidden talents and provides the necessary tools to be successful. I am dedicated to helping families access those hidden talents through ask questions and seeking to understand needs.
I am a coach who will work hard to bring an open perspective with a positive heart. Together we can reach a better understanding knowing what makes you a unique individual and parent. Coaching blended families, single parents, and adoptive parents to find balance and strategies making the shift from conditional to unconditional love.
I am a life coach, adoptee, and CEO/Founder of Coaching to Impact. My life experience provides empathy and awareness of the challenges within adoption. I have parented four biological children and accomplished a search to locate my birth family. I am a Certified Professional Life Coach, Strengths Champion, Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, and Incredible Family Facilitator. I utilize these tools to facilitate self-awareness within adoptive families. My in-depth knowledge of adoption informs my ability to coach and consult adoptive parents because I am aware of adoption complications. I believe every adoptee needs an advocate, someone who can see life from their perspective.
Dads can shine too. Raising 3 girls and balancing a rigorous corporate career has presented many challenges. By learning to focus on what is right with my family I have personally experienced ways that you can contribute in a positive way at home. Additionally I love to help parents find tools to complement their partner instead of experiencing high levels of conflict.
